This is an animated gif of what looks to be an IED Explosion. Imagine that. You are just driving along and then boom, a huge fireball is engulfing the sky. In case you didn't already know, IED stands for improvised explosive device. Fundamentally, it is a sort of homemade bomb that is extremely well-liked amongst guerrilla forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.
