EDIT #two: As a comment beneath pointed out, this is truly a Polish model by the name of Ewelina Olczak! For some reason, the entire Internet had this girl pegged as Victoria Macreatis. Just goes to show you how quickly misinformation can spread!
EDIT: Main error. This is in fact a model referred to as Victoria Macreatis who appeared in a Lingerie Fashion Show back in Tel Aviv in 2012. Sadly, there's not a lot else that can be located about Victoria Macreatis on the Web since she's not really well recognized.
