Bus driver kicks man in face

This is a fairly shocking animated gif of what looks to be a Chinese bus driver kicking a man in the face.

EDIT: The man isn't a bus driver. Apparently, a lady accused the passenger in query of trying to touch her legs and the police had been called. Nonetheless, her boyfriend (observed in army uniform) managed to arrive on the scene prior to the police. He kicked the passenger in the face and had to be restrained by other individuals on the bus.
